7. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
